Ruth de Jesus is an interactive designer, developer, and illustrator known for her quirky interests and towering stature.
am a San Francisco based interactive designer with a Fine Arts background.like piña coladas and getting caught in the rain and coding websites that have the feel of champagne.. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Web Design and New Media from the University of Michigan School of Art & Design.
Solving problems and creating new visual languages is my passion. I believe that the function of design is not just about beauty, it's about meaning. A nice design is enjoyable and pleasing to the eye. A great design brings instant understanding and purpose. I’m an advocate of elegant design that is intuitive and promotes enjoyable user experience. My designs are creative, well-structured, and extremely detailed in execution.
Currently, I create websites for small and large companies and design for Bay Area institutions, such as the San Francisco Botanical Gardens. I also help businesses grow by building their online presence and increasing efficiency through custom web applications. If you have any projects which incorporate any or all of these skills, please get in contact with me via email or @ruth_dejesus!
